I love the idea of a simple and relaxed life without many materials around, as it helps me to focus on life’s essential matters. And what’s better than applying this minimalistic lifestyle in fashion, as well?

Just because you own more clothes doesn’t mean you’ll resolve your problem of what to wear every morning. Indeed, the majority of my clients own wardrobes full of clothes that they don’t know how to manage. Only after a wardrobe edit experience with me, in which we do a detox of many of the clothes that don’t suit their bodies, are too old/damaged, or were bought compulsively, do they realise that many clothes don’t have room in their lifestyle.

By creating a capsule wardrobe with fewer but more authentic clothing pieces, you’ll achieve an empowered and confident image with anything you wear.

This challenge that I bring to you today is about finding balance in your wardrobe — living with fewer clothes and making the most of the ones you already own by being more creative. This challenge is a great way to appreciate the clothes we already have and become more creative with your favourite pieces or the ones you don’t know how to do with.

The habit of not being able to repeat clothes over and over again is part of the past. The new trend is to wear your clothes as much as possible, combining with as many items as you can, and being happy with what you have. And I dare to say that it’s much more than you need.

This challenge relates to choosing ten items from your wardrobe, which ones you will need to wear in the next ten days, but always combining them in different ways, being the most creative you can. From this selection, you can exclude underwear, shoes, and accessories.

I am going to show you the selection of items I did for myself. I included two shirts, two jumpers, one blazer, one dress, three pairs of trousers, and one coat. Between basic pieces and other ones with a bit of colour, I will style my next ten days.
